How can I return a product?


The buyer has the right to return unjustifiably and for any reason the product purchased and delivered to him within 14 days from the date of receipt by written notification of his request to the company on xxx.

What are the terms of a product return / change?


Return / change of products is possible according to the following terms:

  1. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. The product packaging must be in its original condition.
  3. The returned product may not have been used and may have suffered material damage.
  4. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless there are any real deficiencies.
  5. In the event that the product to be returned is received by our company without prior payment of shipping costs, these costs are deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  6. The buyer must place all the necessary documents in the package, in order to be able to cancel the sale.

In the event that the above conditions are not met, the product will not be received by the Company and will be returned to its sender, at his own expense.

What happens after a product is returned?


Upon return of the product and its receipt by the competent service department, our company undertakes to replace the product with another similar and new one, in case the original has proved to be defective (replacement). In any other case, the initial amount paid is credited to the buyer’s personal account on the website. It is then possible to use the credit price to purchase another product of your choice and choice.

If the new product has a higher price than the returned one, then the buyer must proceed with a new payment process to repay the difference. However, if the new product has a lower value than the returned one, then our company credits the buyer to the difference according to the above.

In the event that in any case the replacement of the product (with another identical or different) is not the choice of the buyer, the amount of money spent on the canceled purchase may be refunded. The method of return is determined in consultation with the competent department and includes all possibilities (deposit in bank account, PayPal, credit card or cash).

In which cases is it not possible to return / change a product?


From the possibility of unjustified withdrawal / return, all products available from the company at special discounted prices (offers) for a limited period of time may be excluded. In these cases, the products belong to the sub-category Offers, while their exemption from the right of unjustified return is clearly stated in the more specific terms that frame their disposal.

In addition, the possibility of unjustified withdrawal / return excludes products manufactured by special order according to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly individualized.

However, the right of return cannot be excluded and the buyer is entitled to return it to the company in the event that legal or actual defects in the delivered product are found.
